There are multiple ways to give recognition inside Slack.

App home

Open Evergreen in Slack, you should see Evergreen app home where you can find multiple different things, but the most important is the big green “give recognition button”. Go for it. :)

Shortcut

In any channel you can press the small ‘+’ icon in the text box, that will open your shortcuts and you can look for Evergreen from there.

Slash commands You can do /evergreen in any channel and it will open a general Evergreen menu

Or you can give quick recognition like this:
